Dielines That Think Differently

A dieline is more than a cutting template – it’s the architectural blueprint of your packaging. We approach each one as a design problem in itself. How does the box open? What does the customer feel when they unfold it? How does the structure protect, present, and surprise?

We create bespoke dielines for every shape and scale – from minimal tuck-end boxes to complex multi-part constructions with built-in inserts, windows, and locking mechanisms. Every fold is intentional. Every cut serves a purpose.

Beyond Cardboard

Any Material. Any Form.

Cardboard is just the beginning. Using Rhinoceros 3D and parametric design tools, we develop structural forms from virtually any material – paper, corrugated board, rigid plastics, wood, metal, fabric, and composites. If it can be cut, bent, molded, or assembled, we can design it.

This means we don’t just create flat dielines for print – we engineer three-dimensional objects. Product displays, luxury rigid boxes, unusual container shapes, modular systems, and forms that simply don’t exist yet. Our background in architecture and parametric design at Stanford gives us the technical fluency to push packaging into territory most studios can’t reach.

From Concept to Production-Ready File

We start with your product and your vision. From there, we develop the structural concept – sketching, prototyping in 3D, and testing the form digitally before anything is printed or cut. We deliver production-ready dieline files compatible with any manufacturer’s workflow, including precise technical drawings with dimensions, bleed areas, fold lines, and material specifications.

Whether you need a single signature box or an entire packaging system across multiple SKUs, we handle the structural design end to end.
